The Double Twist Buncher is a versatile and reliable machine. Double Twist Buncher technology can produce better in a short time thanks to its high twist feature. This machine can operate continuously for 24 hours when operated with a suitable payment system. The Double Twist Buncher can be used for bending rigid copper, aluminium, aluminum alloy and stranded flexible copper. It can also be used for laying banded or tapeless insulated cables to produce sector-shaped cables from copper and aluminum.
Rigid Twisting Line can work with reels of 6 + 12 + 18 + 24 + 30. Up to 91 wires can be processed.
The donor reels used in the cages are optionally in sizes 400, 560 and 630.
With this line, copper & aluminum round, pre-torsion and non-pre-torsion sector sections can be made.
With this line, flex and solid bending can be made between 10 mm2 and 630 mm2 sections.
