Attracting attention with its innovative approach to the production of cable winding machines, Kablomak, in its modern production facility in Denizli, manufactures automatic and manual coiling, large automatic collectors, extruder lines, cable transfer, coarse and fine steel wire drawing, single and double head automatic reel winding and packaging lines. It offers solutions to its customers with its wide product range. Saying that the automatic reel winding machine with utility model certificate winds 470 meters of cable per minute, Kablomak General Manager Kazım Yaşar said, “The machine we have developed makes the fastest winding in the world. We also export our machine, which is in high demand in the domestic market, to Russia and Ukraine.”

Stating that the automatic cable winding machine they designed and manufactured is the fastest cable winding machine in the world at 470 meters per minute, Yaşar said, “We manufacture cable machines in line with the needs of our customers, using all the equipment required by the technology and information age, with our expert production team and strong administrative staff. The cable winding machine we have developed automatically winds from a reel with a diameter of 2500 mm to a reel with a diameter of 300 mm. The machine, which we manufactured with the aim of increasing work safety and preventing work accidents, attracted great attention with its features. We have filled our orders for 2021, we are receiving the demands of next year”.
Export-oriented investment
Stating that they determined their growth and investment plans as export-oriented and exported to Russia and Ukraine, Yaşar continued his explanations as follows: “We are fighting with all our strength to maximize our export capacity by following the developments in the world. We promote our products by participating in fairs. Finally, we became one of the 5 companies from Turkey that participated in the Wire Russia Fair held in Moscow on 8-10 June. With our innovative approach, we want to take our place among the priority machinery manufacturers in the sector. We make our investment plans accordingly. We will realize our new facility investment on an area of 5 thousand square meters in Denizli Machinery Specialization Organized Zone in 2 years.”

Stating that Denizli is one of the leading cities of Turkey in cable manufacturing, Yaşar said, “The strength of the cable industry also develops the machinery manufacturing industry.
