Our Belt Type Caterpillars are designed to be used in all types of cable production lines as both pulling and pushing. In addition, we can produce special caterpillars in line with customer demands and requests.
Standard Features
Less slack is provided with Helical and Snail gears.
The opening and closing of the Lower and Upper Belts separately is controlled by special roller pistons.
Belt tension is provided by pneumatic system pistons.
Driven by both belts
Tension and speed are controlled by servo motor.
There are adjustable guide rollers in the entry and exit areas.

Meter Counter Feature
Multiple Drive: It is the operation of both pulling belts with separate servo motors. It is recommended to reach higher speeds. It can also be used instead of a multi-speed gearbox, depending on the purpose it will be used for.
Multi-Gear Gearbox (Catep): It is especially recommended to be used when the cable has 40mm and thicker diameters on the line to be produced, or when it is not appropriate to keep the cable inclined towards the unloader or winding units on the line to be worked, and should be kept tight.
